The Forum’s annual Policy Conference brings independent directors together with legislators, regulators, and other industry experts to discuss issues of critical concern to fund directors. The conference focuses on information that will help directors navigate the complex challenges of their position and better perform their important duties, combining an informative discussion of current issues facing directors with a look ahead at what experts think will be the issues of the future.
The program will begin at 10:00 am on April 15th and end with lunch on April 16th.
